Friends of Camp Northfield,
Thank you so much for all your support over the years. During the next few weeks Pastor Losier and I will be working hard to make this transition as smooth as possible. Please bear with us during this time, we will do our very best to keep you all informed on how things are progressing.
The Jackson Family made it to the camp ground! We are settling into the directors house. Some of you might know there was a lot of repairs needed on the house, Bethany Baptist from East Windsor worked on the house before the big move. There is still work to be done, but God is good and has provided!
The Losier Family is getting ready for their big move out west. Pastor Losier has been traveling back and forth preparing the parsonage for his family. Similar to the director‘s house here in Northfield, the churches parsonage needed work. Men from Fulton Baptist Temple have been working hard getting their house ready before the move. They are planning to be moving from the campgrounds by the end of the month. Please continue to keep the Losier family in prayers as they begin their next chapter out in Indiana.
Things to come...
We are looking at nailing down a date for another work detail. The fall foliage up here is truly a sight to behold - gloriously praising the handiwork of the Creator- but eventually all these leaves will fall! Camp is a great place to come and visit during this season! We will be planning a fall clean up to get the campus ready for the winter months.
We are hopeful that we will be able to have our annual Christmas banquet this year, please be praying that the state will allow us to have this event. As we all have come to expect, there will be restrictions, but we are trusting we can work toward reopening camp for that event.
We will be in touch as far as dates and times for these events.
- Tom Jackson Jr.
