Medical Forms & Waivers
Every camper that wishes to attend Camp Northfield must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information. CLICK HERE to view the medical and liability release forms needed for your child to attend Camp Northfield. Copies of school forms are acceptable.
We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable camping experience for all of our campers. A full time health supervisor and nurse are available at all times, and a certified lifeguard is present during swimming activities. Our infirmary is supplied with all standard OTC medications. Prescription medications should be sent in their original packaging with instructions for the nurse who will administer them at the prescribed dosage times.
Drop Off & Pick Up
Drop off is Monday morning for full camping weeks and Wednesday morning, June 24th for Pioneer Camp. If your camper's last name begins with "A-M," registration will begin promptly at 9 AM. If your camper's last name begins with "N-Z," registration will begin at 9:30. Please check-in at the Hilliker Lodge before getting settled in at the cabins. All spending money will be put into a Junior Bank account upon check-in.
Pick-up will be Saturday morning (Friday for Pioneer Camp) at 9:30 AM. Please stop at the Hilliker Lodge before picking your camper up at their cabin.
