Mark limits of excavation; prep edge of garage.

Remove Interior contents, including utilities, cut bushes, clean general surroundings.
ENGAGE GEN. CONTRACTOR

GC files for permit with Town of Northfield

GC provides plan details as required by town.

GC verifies assumptions about hazardous materials.
SCHEDULE A DATE
GC arranges the excavator transported to site.
GC arranges a disposal company for 4-5 40 yard dumpsters capable of 10 tons each.
GC arranges clean fill material for cellar hole.
Day 1: house is down, Day 2: debris is gone, cellar is filled, Day 3 is cleanup and loam seed.
